A clogged printhead can happen if you dont print with your Epson T0602 for a long period of time, residue ink dries up and blocks the print heads. These print heads are INSIDE your printer, so the only way to clean them is to either remove them and clean them with a cleaning solution, or use this cleaning cartridge and simply print with it - the cleaning fluid will drain down to the print head and unclog the heads.
